Craft your story

A vintage-style illustration of a woman with a laurel crown, an eye on her chest, and the words "HUNTING THE MUSE" on the border.

Writers of the ancient world waited for the muse to inspire them. Today, we don’t need to wait: we can seek our own muses to bring our writing to life.

Hunting the Muse is a site for content and creative writers like you to craft writing that feels authentically yours.

Lean into your unique voice, get read more often through a consistent practice, and truly connect with readers through the written word.

Let's explore

The topics we cover are strictly for the curious

Creativity

Abstract swirls of various colors including blue, black, beige, and brown.

Where do ideas come from? And how do you access the ones that make a difference? We study how these sparks of creativity work and help you overcome creative blocks.

“Original minds are not distinguished by being the first to see a new thing, but instead by seeing the old, well-known thing, which is over-looked by everyone, as something new.”

― Friedrich Nietzsche

Story

An open book on a wooden surface with a glowing, intricate snowflake-like pattern emerging above it, surrounded by swirling light and sparkles.

To capture the imagination of people, ideas need structure. We will learn about the elements that make powerful stories, and how they inspire us to think, feel, and act.

“When we look for the meaning of life, we want a story that will explain what reality is all about and what my particular role is in the cosmic drama.”

― Yuval Noah Harari

“It takes a big idea to attract the attention of consumers and get them to buy your product. Unless your advertising contains a big idea, it will pass like a ship in the night.”

Hi, I’m Thomas 👋

A man with dark, curly hair and a beard looking to the right, sitting outdoors near a decorative wall with colorful tiles, brick accents, and stone.

I’m 30-something. London-born, Cyprus-raised, Barcelona-based.

At school, my third-year teacher said I’d be a journalist. She was wrong: I became a content marketer, writer, and creative strategist for 10+ years instead. Sorry Mrs. Kett.

I consider meditation and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu as totally necessary to keep my mind sharp for creative work. I drink tea (like a good Englishman) and try to avoid coffee. Usually I’m reading about three books at the same time.

I work on being wiser, more present, more compassionate, and more creative every day. Writing, and Hunting the Muse, is my vehicle to do that.

I’m lucky to have built content strategies that reach audiences, curate research, and tell brand stories for:
